Situated on the traditional and unceded territory of the Lheidli T’enneh, Two Rivers Gallery is a centre for contemporary Canadian art and creativity in Prince George and the Central Interior.
In my work, I explore the captivating interplay between natural phenomena and human perception, often focusing on the night sky and its mesmerizing displays. The aurora borealis, with its ethereal lights and shifting colours, serves as a primary inspiration. Through my lens, I strive to reveal the intricate details of these phenomena, encouraging a deeper appreciation for the natural world.
I am drawn to the way these celestial events evoke a sense of wonder and connection to something greater than ourselves. Each piece aims to convey the tranquility and awe that accompany moments spent under the vast expanse of the night sky. Ultimately, my goal is to inspire curiosity and a renewed sense of wonder about the world around us, reminding us of the beauty that exists beyond our everyday lives.
