Regional Outreach Exhibition – Immigration: A Conversation

August 8, 2022
November 4, 2022
Immigration is a complex and redefining process that represents many different things to many different people. It may mean the anticipation of a new life, and it may bring a deep sense of loss. New systems and languages, discrimination and dismissal, separation from family and friends, and new cultural identities only begin to scratch the surface of the challenges that immigrants might face. Artists from across BC explore the challenges, accomplishments, and aspirations related to immigration and its impact individually, culturally, and nationally.
