I Dream of Mountains

I Dream of Mountains, brings together a selection of paintings by Prince George artist Denise Godeau. Her work, romantic and sublime in nature, captures the natural world and celebrates feminine energy. This exhibition places emphasis on Goudeau’s representational depictions of animals and women, often against backdrops of snow capped mountains and the northern lights. Painted with the same attention to detail, women and nature are equals within Goudeau’s work and are also elevated in this way. Both subjects are rendered to embody wonder, beauty and strength.
