A First Nations Carrier Artist of 25 years from the Saik’uz territory (Stoney Creek). Trained under Master Carver and renowned Gitxsan artist Ron Sebastian. Worked with numerous artists, learning and adopting different styles, combining them to make my own. Not only a painter, also a gifted carver as well; I’ve made countless masks, rattles, paddles, bowls, plaques, and totems.

The Prince George area is mainly where I work out of, pieces of my work can be seen all over the city in offices and personal collections. My work can also be seen throughout BC, the USA, England and Germany. My work focuses on detail, precision and must always tell a story. I truly shine when a buyer wants something specific, both personal and meaningful. From there I create and make their idea into reality. Like many artists, I’ve had my struggles. Today however, I am a much different man, and that change reflects in my work.

I am heavily involved in Sweat Lodge Ceremonies, First Nations Drumming and overall spiritual healing.

Again… this change has revitalized not only my life but my art as well. As I continue to grow spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. My art changes along with me.

My hopes are to take everything I’ve learned and to pass it on to our future generations.
