All About Blue

Saturday, May 10, 10am to 4pm & Sunday, May 11, 12pm to 4pm

Picasso, who created a series of paintings in his Blue Period, said of blue, “…that which exists best in the world…the colour of all colours, the bluest of all blues.”

This weekend workshop of ten hours will give you time to dive into the colour blue through discussion, history, exploration of several media and creation. Paper and paint will be provided.

Painting experience is not required, but it will be appreciated if you bring your blue bias to the table in terms of baking, sewing, knitting, wood working, painting, or singing.

We will eat blue things, listen to the blues and play with blue paint.
