April 16 to May 24, 1998
Each year, the gallery is very pleased to host an exhibition of art made by Prince George and area high school students. An important part of the gallery’s mandate is to be a resource and training centre for visual arts in our region. What better way to introduce teens to what it’s like to work in an art gallery, than to bring a group of them together to plan and coordinate their own show? It has been a pleasure working with these young, energetic and enthusiastic curators: we at the gallery always know that spring has arrived when we hear raucous laughter and shouts coming from the upper gallery!
