THANK YOU to everyone who attended the 2017 event! Your support means we can continue to be a hub for arts & culture in Prince George! Stay tuned for the date of the 2018 auction.

Proceeds from this event help support many of the services the Gallery delivers in Prince George, including Art Heals (Hospital outreach program) and MakerLab Youth Immersion (program for at-risk teens).

Your ticket includes hors d’oevres and a glass of wine or beer. Witness cut-throat bidding wars as local collectors duel for a piece of fine art before the bang of the auctioneer’s gavel announces the winner! There will also be a silent auction featuring the work of local artisans. We offer something for all tastes and budgets!

Tickets are $25 each, or 2 for $40. They are available at the gallery, by phone (250-614-7800) or online:

If you can't attend in person, fill out our Absentee Bid Form online or by phone 250-614-7800.

“My journey with art began with my mother who painted and considered gardening to be an art form. In high school, I spent a lot of time at the National Gallery in Ottawa looking at Tom Thomson paintings. After studying Art History for a year at Carleton University in Ottawa I went on to a summer job at the Museum of the North in Yellowknife. I then decided to pursue visual arts and went on to complete a BFA at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. Further studies and related work included setting up a screen printing workshop in La Loche Saskatchewan, photography in Halifax, Deer Island, New Brunswick and at Ohio State University. While painting, and living in Los Angeles I received a Canada Council grant. I have had solo exhibitions in Toronto, Vancouver and Victoria. Since residing in Prince George for the last twenty-two years I have continued to paint and consider gardening to be an art form.”
