THANK YOU to everyone who attended the 2017 event! Your support means we can continue to be a hub for arts & culture in Prince George! Stay tuned for the date of the 2018 auction.

Proceeds from this event help support many of the services the Gallery delivers in Prince George, including Art Heals (Hospital outreach program) and MakerLab Youth Immersion (program for at-risk teens).

Your ticket includes hors d’oevres and a glass of wine or beer. Witness cut-throat bidding wars as local collectors duel for a piece of fine art before the bang of the auctioneer’s gavel announces the winner! There will also be a silent auction featuring the work of local artisans. We offer something for all tastes and budgets!

Tickets are $25 each, or 2 for $40. They are available at the gallery, by phone (250-614-7800) or online:

If you can't attend in person, fill out our Absentee Bid Form online or by phone 250-614-7800.

Take a look at some of the works on the auction block:

Marc Lacaille
Title:
          Macloune
Media:        Acrylic on canvas
Size:           40" x 48"

Lacaille began his artistic career at a young age, filling up the margins of his school notebooks with drawings.

Lacaille studied Science at College du Viex-Montréal. He then transferred to Concordia University where he obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts, after which he went on to complete a Teaching Certificate from l’Université Laval. While in school, he studied the major art movements, however, his artistic vision was enlightened the moment he saw a mural painted by Norval Morrisseau.

Lacaille lives in Prince George, BC, with his two children and spends his days in the classroom teaching. He paints whenever possible and divides his time between hiking, skiing and ballroom dancing.

Lacaille has been part of many exhibitions at Two Rivers Gallery and is represented in the Permanent Collection.
